Delivery within Malaysia
1. Books delivery within Peninsular Malaysia will take up to within 3 to 5 business days*. Whereas, for East Malaysia delivery will take up to within 3 to 7 business days** to reach you, once your parcel is shipped out from our warehouse.
*Please note that, there will be a slight 2 to 3 days delay in processing your order during festive seasons.
**Due to the on-going global impacts of COVID-19 pandemic, shipping to East Malaysia may be delayed.
2. Shipping charges will be auto-calculated based on the total actual weight or the total dimensional weight, whichever is higher. *Business days exclude public holidays and weekends.
3. Kindly be informed we would not be able to entertain request for delivery to be made at specific date or time as the courier service providers we engaged do not provide such services.
Delivery to International
Delivery will take 7 - 14 working days depending on the country the item shipped too. Delivery charges depend on the country of destination. Please note your delivery may also be subject to customs charges (import duties & taxes), which we have no control. These charges are (your) the buyer's responsibility.
International Delivery Option
For this service, we are using Pos Malaysia (Air Parcel) to deliver the goods. You can get the shipping quote directly from the website.
Delivery for readystock items

Delivery for pre-order items
The duration for pre-order usually takes about one month. After that, we need to wait for the printing of the books. Once the books reach us, we will immediately starts the process of delivery. It will be based on order number. We will update the information for pre-order items, from time to time in the website and social media.
If you place pre-order items and readystock items in the same order, we will ship out all items altogether. After pre-order items are ready to be shipped out.

Tempoh pra-pesanan biasanya berlangsung selama satu bulan. Selepas itu, kita perlu menunggu untuk buku siap dicetak oleh pihak kilang. Sebaik sahaja buku sampai ke tangan kami, kami akan segera memulakan proses penghantaran. Ianya adalah berdasarkan kepada nombor pesanan (Siapa yang lebih dahulu pesan, akan dipos terlebih dahulu). Kami akan memberi maklumat mengenai buku pra-pesanan dari masa ke semasa, di laman web ini dan juga di media sosial.
Jika anda memasukkan buku pra-pesanan dan buku sedia ada dalam satu pesanan yang sama, kami akan mengepos semuanya sekali gus. Selepas buku pra-pesanan sudah siap untuk dipos.
What happen if my order is not-in-stock?
In the event a product(s) in your order is not-in-stock, we will notify you, the customer via email and refund you for that item(s). The remainder of your order will be shipped out accordingly.
How will I know if my items have been shipped?
After you have checked out, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your order. After it has been shipped, another email will be sent to you with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your items at the respective courier website. Details will be provided to you on how to do this in the same email.
Can I cancel/change an order after I have confirmed it?
If you wish to cancel/change your order, please notify us at our email [email protected] or Whatsapp: 019-5944872. Orders can only be cancelled before the items have been shipped. As we strive to bring your goods to you as quickly as possible, it may not be always possible for us to cancel/change your order after it has been confirmed. A merchant fee will apply for payments made via eGHL or Credit Card.
What should I do if the book I received was damaged or is not the one I ordered?
If you have received a faulty or damaged item or the item is not what you ordered, please inform us at [email protected] or Whatsapp: 019-5944872. within 2 days from the date of received of the book. It may take approximately another 5 to 7 business days for us to organize collection and receive the returned item. All items will be inspected on return, so please make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way.
Upon receiving, we will inform you and the item delivery will usually take 3 to 5 business days to reach you. If the item is no longer available, we will refund your payment including the postage cost but only after the damaged item or wrong item is returned to us.
